What is the date and location of the Natspec National Conference and Exhibition 2022?

The Natspec National Conference and Exhibition takes place Tuesday 21 – Wednesday 22 June 2022. The conference venue is Jurys Inn, Hinckley Island, Leicestershire. Visit the venue page for travel details.

What are the timings of the day?

Tuesday 21 June 2022

09:30 – Exhibition and registration open

10:45 – Conference opens

17:30 – Conference closes

19:00 – Drinks reception starts

19:45 – Dinner starts

Wednesday 22 June 2022

08:30 – Exhibition and registration open

09:45 – Conference opens

Registration and booking

How much does it cost to attend?

Full members

  • 2 day residential package to include dinner - £397 + VAT 
  • 2 day non -residential package to include dinner - £377 + VAT 
  • Day delegate. Tuesday 21 June - £167 + VAT 
  • Day delegate, Wednesday 22 June - £167 + VAT 

Transform members

  • 2 day residential package to include dinner - £440 + VAT 
  • Day delegate. Tuesday 21 June - £185 + VAT 
  • Day delegate, Wednesday 22 June - £185 + VAT 

Non-members

  • 2 day residential package to include dinner - £488 + VAT 
  • Day delegate. Tuesday 21 June - £200 + VAT
  • Day delegate, Wednesday 22 June - £200 + VAT 

Are there any discounts available?

Natspec full members will automatically receive ONE FREE conference place without being charged. This will be applied during the invoicing process.

For subsequent and all other places, an invoice will be sent to you from the Natspec finance team. All invoices are payable immediately; failure to pay may result in your conference place being cancelled.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by cheque or BACs transfer.

Can I amend my booking?

If you need to amend or cancel your booking once you have registered, please contact:

May I register more than one person from my organisation?

Yes, you may register as many colleagues as you wish and they will need to be registered individually.

May I bring a partner / spouse / guest / my family?

Anyone is welcome to attend the conference as a fee-paying delegate.

When will I receive a confirmation of my registration?

You will receive a confirmation email within a few hours of submitting your registration. The confirmation email will be sent to the email address/addresses which you entered. If you have not received confirmation after 24 hours, please email karina@khec.co.uk.


Amendments to your booking

What if I need to cancel my attendance?

The online registration constitutes a legally binding agreement and so we do recommend that you only register once you are sure of your attendance.

If you wish to cancel your attendance at the conference, please contact:

Cancellations in writing will be accepted without charge until 17.00, 21 May 2022, after which time full conference / exhibitor fees will be due. 

A charge of £200 ex VAT will be chargeable for no shows for Natspec member delegates who have used their free place.

How do I make my workshop session choices?

Workshop session choices are made during the booking process.


Prior to the event

When will I receive my final information?

Final information will be sent 10 days prior to the conference. If you have not received it one week before the event, please contact:

Natspec cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of information.

When will I receive my badge?

On arrival at the Jury’s Inn, Hinckley Island, please go to the Natspec registration desk located outside the Paris Suite where you will be able to register and collect your badge.


At the event

Is access to the internet available at the conference?

There will be free Wi-Fi access at the venue.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for the whole conference is business attire; dress code for the dinner is smart casual.

Car Parking

The venue has 650 complimentary car parking spaces on site.


After the event

Can I get copies of the materials presented at the conference?

Selected presentations will be available to download from the Natspec website after the conference.


Accommodation

How do I book my hotel?

If you have booked a residential package, accommodation at the Jury’s Inn, Hinckley Island will be booked on your behalf for Tuesday 21 June 2022.

If you require accommodation for Monday 20 June 2022, this additional option can be selected when you make your conference booking.
